Great opportunity for an experienced Corporate level Food and Beverage professional. Our client is a dynamic Hospitality Group managing a collection of formal popular restaurants with strong brand presences. We are looking for someone with stable, progressive employment in the Restaurant Management field in formal dining (at least 10 years), with a minimum of 5 years experience at a multi unit leadership level.
URGENT - Will Relocate for this position
The director will be hands on in the venue working also as the GM until can back out to full Director position. Must have fine dining . Direct Operations for the Las Vegas venue and preparing for growth ahead of the brand, establishing training, operational standards, team building, sales growth, etc...
Build the business and build the management team to develop team.
MUST have experience leading large scale operations in a fine dining environment.
You will be opening new restaurants as well.
Must have high volume restaurant experience
